FAQs

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement and helps instructors assess your body alignment. Grippy socks are required.

What equipment is provided?

We provide all the equipment necessary for precision and care in every movement. Our semi-private lessons use reformers and ladder barrels, while private lessons include the reformer, ladder barrel, Cadillac, and high chair.

What facilities and amenities are available?

We have lockers, a changing room, a water station, and a bathroom for your convenience. There are also paid parking spots and elevator access in the building.

Which lesson should I take?

If you’re a beginner, we recommend starting with our private lessons or Aware semi-private lessons. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for a consultation, and we’ll help guide you to the right lesson.

What is your prenatal policy?

We recommend consulting with your doctor. For more information on our Pre & Postnatal lessons, please see the details here.

What if I have an injury or specific health concerns?

Each body is unique, and our instructors offer personalized instruction to meet your needs. Please inform your instructor before your lesson so they can modify exercises to ensure your safety. Figure8 also offers Rehabilitation private lessons.

What is your late/no-show policy?

We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your lesson to get settled in and ensure a full experience. If you arrive late, you may miss the warm-up, which is essential for safely and effectively participating in the lesson.

You can still join if you are late, but it will be counted as a full lesson.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 12-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 12 hours or do not show up for your lesson, you will be charged for the full lesson.
